7. Monitor the stationary stock pantry stock and cleanliness or any office related maintenance issue such as AC Electricity etc. to ensure that office have adequate level of supplies and well equipped all the time.
8. Place and coordinate any management IT related requests such PC Laptop Printer etc. through ISR Internal Store Request to ensure proper and timely supply of the resources.
9. Coordinate with all SAS departments and Air Arabia for checking the training schedule through LMS system and no. of attendees for the training to maintain the minimum staff requirement for each training session.
10. Roll out general SAS staff communication such as Staff Excellence Awards printing certificatesgeneral memos to make sure aligned with GMs approval.
11. Provide assistance to GM with certain specific process such as filing of bank statements GMs travel related document such as visa etc. and for Airport Pass issue for SAS to ensure proper adherence to the process flow.
12. Adhere to the company Compliance Policy Security Policy and Health and Safety Policy.
