Job Purpose

The TA Administrator is responsible for managing recruitment administration activities for complex and critical departments across the Air Arabia Group, including Engineering and Operations. The role ensures accurate and timely execution of offer management, pre-boarding, and onboarding processes while maintaining strict compliance with internal policies and regional labor regulations.

Key Result Responsibilities

Pre-Boarding & Onboarding Ownership

  • Own the pre-boarding process from offer acceptance to Day-0 readiness, particularly for Engineering & Operations hires.
  • Coordinate documentation collection, background verification, grading validation, and system uploads.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Monitor onboarding timelines and proactively address any delays or escalations.


Offer Governance & Validation

  • Prepare, validate, and issue offer letters in coordination with TA partners.
  • Manage complex offer approvals as per Air Arabia Group’s authorization matrix.
  • Ensure accuracy of compensation components, benefits, grades, and employment terms as per policies.
  • Maintain offer trackers and ensure timely closure of open offers.

Key Result Responsibilities - Continued

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the pre-boarding phase.
  • Coordinate with TA leads, Hiring Managers, and HR stakeholders across Pune and Sharjah.
  • Ensure consistent communication and timely updates to candidates and internal teams.


Compliance, Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Ensure adherence to Air Arabia Group HR policies, regional labor laws, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Support continuous improvement and standardization of TA coordination processes.

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred). 
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment administration, offer governance, and onboarding compliance frameworks.
  • Sound knowledge of GCC labor requirements and multi-location hiring practices.
  • Ability to independently review and validate compensation components, grades, and employment terms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination capability.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Ability to manage high hiring volumes and moderately complex cases with minimal supervision.
  • Analytical ability to monitor offer trackers, identify bottlenecks, and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Advanced proficiency in ATS systems and MS Excel (reporting, tracking, data validation).
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
  • High level of discretion and professional judgment in handling confidential data.

Work Experience

  • 4–6 years of progressive experience in recruitment administration or talent acquisition operations, with demonstrated exposure to offer governance, onboarding compliance, and multi-location/GCC hiring environments.
