Job Purpose
Provide comprehensive HR support and manage end-to-end HR processes for CoreOps and Nexasoft employees based in Pune, encompassing all activities from onboarding through to exit management, in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Result Responsibilities
Post onboarding onboarding activities
- Completing employee onboarding formalities for 100% of new hires within 48 hours of joining.
- Ensuring all documents (ID proofs, bank details, forms) are collected and verified with zero gaps in mandatory fields.
- Coordinating system access and ID creation with IT, ensuring 98% completion before Day 1.
Induction planning and administrative support
- Coordinating induction sessions for every new employee with 100% attendance tracking.
- Scheduling functional inductions across departments within first 5 working days.
- Ensuring orientation materials, welcome kits, and policies are ready with zero misses.
Ensuring HR policies are followed
- Conducting periodic audits to ensure 100% adherence to attendance, leave, and workplace policies.
- Maintaining updated policy acknowledgment records for all employees.
Supporting statutory compliance (POSH, employee benefits)
- Ensuring 100% employees complete POSH training within the mandated cycle.
Key Result Responsibilities - Continued
Supporting and organizing learning and development (L&D) activities
- Coordinating L&D programs with at least 95% employee participation per session.
- Managing logistics (rooms, invites, materials) with zero operational issues.
Addressing HR queries and grievances
- Responding to employee queries within 24–48 hours.
- Maintaining grievance logs and ensuring 95% closure within SLA.
- Escalating unresolved issues to HRBP with full documentation.
Ensuring smooth offboarding
- Ensuring IT assets are collected, data back up and deactivation of IT accesses.
- Ensuring exit documentation (experience letter, relieving letter) is shared within 5–7 working days.
- Maintaining offboarding compliance at 100% across HR, IT, and admin teams.
Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)
- Postgraduate in Human Resources.
- Analytical skills for reporting and compliance monitoring.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees across levels.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive HR information.
- Teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRMIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee data and documentation.
- Time management and ability to prioritize multiple HR tasks.
Work Experience
- 2–4 years of progressive experience in HR operations, talent management, and related HR functions.
